Brendan leads the Project, Infrastructure, Energy and Sustainable Finance Team with extensive experience in the power, renewables, natural resources, oil & gas and energy transition sectors across the UK, Europe and Africa. 
He has experience in many forms of finance including commercial debt, senior, mezzanine and junior lending, equity investment, funds and capital markets.
Brendan provides advice to lenders, funders, investors, operators, sovereign investors, midstream and downstream energy investors, oil companies, independents, private equity funds (and their portfolio companies) and hedging providers around the world to achieve efficient and innovative solutions to their legal, regulatory, commercial, financing and structural challenges.
