Dr Chet Biliyok is the Technical Director of Petrofac’s Energy Transition Projects, leading the technical development and delivery of Energy Transition projects. He has 2 decades of experience in process design, project execution, technical consultancy and R&D across the energy industry. Chet has drawn on experience working in oil & gas to deliver projects in CCUS, renewable/low-carbon hydrogen and sustainable fuels – serving as Process Consultant during Front-End Engineering Design of the Stockholm Exergi BECCS Project and the FOV Oslo CCS Project, and as the Process Lead on the Arrowsmith Green Hydrogen Project. He has a PhD from Cranfield University and has authored over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles. He is a Chartered Process Engineer, a member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and recently awarded an MBA from London Business School.
