Danilo Garbazza is Manager of Digital and Analytics Solutions for HR at Petrobras. He and his team are responsible for the digital transformation in the HR department, developing projects for process automation, self-service applications, people analytics and employee experience.
He is Statistician, Master in Industrial Engineering and completed executive courses in big data, analytics, management and innovation at University of London, Kellogg and Stanford.
