Danny holds a Master of Chemistry from the University of Aberdeen and has around 15 years industry experience, mainly in pigging and inspection of challenging pipelines.  He currently holds the role of Technical Sales Advisor for Halliburton Pipeline and Process Services with a focus on Alternative Clean Energy, concentrating on the role of pipelines in the energy transition.

A GlobalScot business ambassador for Scotland, Danny serves as Vice President of the Pigging Products and Services Association (PPSA) and a member of the Pipeline Technology Conference Advisory Committee.  Having previously been the Chair of European and Global Young Pipeliners groups, he continues to support newcomers to the pipeline industry as a Young Pipeliners International (YPI) Fellow.
