A chemical & materials engineer with 25yrs of experience in the energy industry, Dawn graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada as an Airforce Officer and began her engineering career in Canada.   During her career in energy, she held assignments in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and West Africa filling a variety of roles, including the night Company Man on a drilling rig in the Danish North Sea and the Country Manager in West Africa.  In her role at Foss & Company, Dawn is responsible for origination, due diligence, risk analysis and tax credit monetization for all carbon capture utilization and sequestration projects, as well as ethanol, ammonia and green hydrogen projects.
