Gerry has more than 25 years’ experience in the Energy sector.  After completing a degree in Physics and a PhD in Composite Materials research, he spent the first 15 years of his career with British Gas and its derivative companies initially in technical roles but later transitioning into business development and key account management positions.  Gerry joined Aker Solutions in 2015 to head up their London Business Development Function and is currently Head of Carbon Capture and Storage business development.
