Emily Taylor is a respected leader in the UK offshore energy sector and serves as Head of Membership at Offshore Energies UK (OEUK). She leads OEUK’s membership strategy, and oversees a team delivering growth, retention, and stakeholder engagement across the offshore energy landscape. Her role includes responsibility for close collaboration with government, industry, and senior partners

Previously, Emily was North Sea Transition Deal (NSTD) Programme Manager and Acting Business Development Lead, helping deliver the UK Government–industry agreement supporting the transition to low‑carbon energy. Before joining OEUK, she held several leadership roles at Step Change in Safety, including Interim Executive Director, where she modernised systems, strengthened governance, and guided the organisation through a key period of change. 

Emily’s work has earned multiple accolades, including the William Floyd Award for Innovation and industry commendations for her contribution to the energy transition
