Leo is the Senior Head of Bespoke and New Schemes at The Low Carbon Contacts Company (LCCC). He is responsible for LCCC’s expansion into new business areas including Carbon Capture Utilisation & Storage, Hydrogen Production and Nuclear RAB. Leo also oversees the contract management of the existing nuclear Contracts for Difference (CfD). Having been at LCCC for over seven years, Leo holds an excellent understanding of CfDs and how the CfD mechanism can be expanded to new areas of application. This expertise has led to Leo’s team providing advisory services to the Department of Business Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS)

Prior to joining LCCC, Leo held contract and project management roles in the Solar PV and wider construction industry.
