Mariana Ardizzone leads the Mitrani oil and gas practise. She has practised oil & gas law both inhouse and in private practice. She has structured several transnational gas pipeline projects (Bridas-Methanex Tierra del Fuego; Gasoducto del Pacífico; GasAndes) and power generation projects in the Southern Cone of South America; advised Petrobras in a USD 570 international swap of assets and shares involving refineries, E&P assets and retail stations in Argentina and Brazil (EG3 & REFAP); advised several successful Canadian, US and UK E&P start-ups (Petro Andina, Río Alto Resources, Americas Petrogas, CanAmericas, Echo Energy), NOCs (Ecopetrol, Petrobras and Petronas) and independent companies (GeoPark, Santa Fe, Central Resources, Devon Energy, Quintana E&P, Novum Energy) in their farmouts, acquisitions and projects in Argentina.
