Mark is a Technical Director in ERM’s Capital Projects team and based in the UK.  Mark has managed and directed desk- and field-based projects covering a wide range of environmental and social issues as part of ESHIAs, EMPs, monitoring plans and related studies.  These have included addressing physical, chemical, biological and socio-economic impacts from oil and gas development projects across Europe, Africa and Asia and has involved undertaking over 400 days of marine surveys on a wide range of marine survey vessels.

Project work has often included large-scale consultation and communication programmes with government and other regulatory bodies, local stakeholders and the wider public. Mark has also provided in-country training on EIA and marine monitoring methodologies to client teams, regulators and ERM contractors.
