Martyn Link is an experienced C-suite strategy and transformation executive who partners with high growth engineering, environmental and climate technology companies to deliver strategic impact and value creation. 

Martyn was previously the Chief Strategy Officer at the engineering giant Wood Plc, where he led the corporate strategy function and energy transition mega-trend, advising the board and CEO on M&A, growth investments, scenario planning, and organizational design. 

Martyn has an Executive MBA from Edinburgh University Business School and is the Vice Chair of the Institute of Directors' Tayside and Fife regional branch. He is the Vice Chair of the board of one of Scotland's largest youth charities and an active speaker, moderator and EMCEE of energy and climate technology conferences across the UK and Europe.
