Max is energy advisory lead at io consulting, a Baker Hughes and McDermott joint venture. He advises a portfolio of clients ranging from project developers and international energy companies to start-ups and investors.

The topics he covers includes low carbon investment analysis (such as hydrogen and carbon capture) and navigating project developments from conceptualisation to commerciality, through multi-criteria technical, economic, commercial, financial and corporate strategy decisions.

Max has a Masters in Energy Finance from Imperial College London. He is GARP Energy Risk Professional (ERP) certified and a Certified Project Finance Analyst (CPFA).
