Patrick Rickles is Head of Digital Skills and Innovation at the North Sea Transition Authority. His role is focused on coordinating and delivering digital training to upskill team members as well as researching and developing with new technologies for organisational benefit. His experience encompasses systems development, leadership and management in private, public and academic sectors and has a PhD in Geographic Information Science with specialism in Education.
