Paul is the Jacobs New Technologies and Emerging Markets Director, for the Jacobs Technology, Consulting and Innovation business.   Working globally in both business development and technical consultancy roles, Paul specialises in business case, technology selection and end-user stakeholder engagement regarding the 'art of the possible' for new technology implementation in Jacobs’ core markets of Nuclear, Energy Transition and Defence.

Paul also acts as one of Jacobs, Subject Matter Experts regarding hydrogen and the related technology challenges, market opportunities and government policy, including the role of Advanced Nuclear Technologies and their key contribution to delivering a net zero future.   In addition to his role at Jacobs, Paul is Vice-Chair of the Northern Nuclear Alliance, Board Sponsor the Clean Technology and Innovation sub-committee and Chairs the Northwest Nuclear Hydrogen Hub initiative.
