Dr Richard Lowe – Director – Power Sector - AECOM

Richard leads the power sector consenting work for AECOM in the UK and has directed environmental and engineering inputs to 12 power sector DCO applications to date, consenting low carbon, solar, nuclear, energy from waste, gas-fired and biomass schemes.  He has more than 20 years’ experience in environmental assessment for a wide range of industries.

Richard is the Project Director for the Net Zero Teesside and SSE Keadby 3 carbon capture projects, leading on preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessments, public consultation process and determination of Best Available Techniques
