Seán Maguire, a graduate in Aerospace Engineering, has been with Clarksons Port Services for five years and currently serves as Customs Manager. Joining just before Brexit, he gained firsthand experience navigating the UK’s evolving customs landscape. Seán has played a key role in CPS’s transition from the legacy CHIEF system to the new Customs Declaration Service (CDS) in collaboration with HMRC. In addition to leading the customs consultancy team, he oversees staff training, ensuring the team stays up to date with the latest regulations and systems. His consultancy work spans a range of projects, from short-term advisory sessions to year-long client engagements.
