Silvian Baltac is a Senior Principal Consultant and leads the Industrial Decarbonisation and CCUS Team at Element Energy. Silvian has a wide range of experience in the carbon capture and storage, hydrogen, low-carbon transport, gas and electricity networks sectors and has successfully managed a number of projects on Industrial Decarbonisation, CCUS and blue hydrogen internationally. Silvian has led Element Energy’s work around industrial clusters, including Humber, Teesside, Scotland, and North Sea Port (Netherlands/Belgium), advising both the policy makers as well as the large-scale emitters on strategies and policies for decarbonisation.
