Adelina has more than 30 years’ experience in the energy industry with ExxonMobil and is part of the ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Low Carbon Solutions team.  Adelina has been leading the carbon capture storage effort in Malaysia for the past few years and is driven to transform the energy industry to create a more diverse, inclusive, and sustainable energy future.

A key objective of Low Carbon Solutions is to provide decarbonization solutions in the hard to abate sectors.  Adelina has been at the forefront of the effort in Malaysia to develop a pipeline of advantaged opportunities especially CCS, but also including hydrogen and biofuel; leveraging ExxonMobil’s unique set of capabilities and experience combined with those of key strategic partners.

Adelina has extensive upstream experience including in project management, operations support, strategic planning, and asset management.  These experiences and networks provide an excellent platform to engage with partners, governments, customers, and communities as ExxonMobil continues to evolve the opportunity portfolio.

Adelina has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in the US and is currently based in Kuala Lumpur.
