Ahmed Saleh is a senior process mechanical engineer with +13 years of experience in Oil and gas, Power and Energy Sectors. Ahmed has been involved in full project development life cycle starting from concept development、FEED upto EPC and Field support. Ahmed  has also worked for 5 years in R&D focusing on process integration and techno-economic assessment of carbon capture systems into power and industrial plants such as CCGT, Coal Power plants and Hydrogen plants using solvent and sorbent-based carbon capture- technologies. Ahmed has worked with several international firms such as Petrofac, GS, Research Centre for Carbon Solutions (RCCS) – Heriot-Watt University, Atkins / SNC-L. Currently, Ahmed is working with MHI EMEA decarbonization business department as a senior process engineer focusing on the delivery of Carbon capture studies and projects in UK and Europe to achieve net zero targets.
