Alan is Chief Technology Officer of Storegga Geotechnologies and previously Managing Director of its subsidiary Pale Blue Dot Energy. 

The business is focussed fully on development of Net Zero Infrastructure including CCS, Hydrogen and Direct Air Capture.  Storegga is the Lead Developer for the UK Acorn CCS and Hydrogen Projects.

Alan is a geologist and reservoir engineer by background with a long career in the petroleum industry until he moved into the low carbon sector in 2007.
