Ts. Amir Hisham Albakri, widely known in the industry as AHA, is an experienced Oil & Gas and Energy Services professional with a strong track record in business development, strategic partnerships, project delivery and industry advocacy across Malaysia and the wider ASEAN region.

With over two decades of experience spanning engineering, project services, commercial leadership, and organizational transformation, he is recognized as a passionate advocate for the growth and competitiveness of Malaysian OGSE companies in an evolving energy landscape.

A Shell scholar by background, Amir graduated in Chemical Engineering from the university of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), United Kingdom.

He began his career internationally before returning to Malaysia, where he built extensive experience across  the Oil & Gas ecosystem, supporting upstream, downstream, and infrastructure developments.
