As Head of Planning and Consents for Progressive Energy, Chris coordinates consenting activities across HyNet, which aims to decarbonise industry across north west England and north Wales. He is a Chartered Environmentalist with over 20 years’ experience working with industry, focusing on clean energy, carbon capture and hydrogen projects to deliver meaningful reductions in carbon emissions.
