David Eccles is the Director of Hydrogen South West (HSW) a coalition of big companies such as Airbus, easyJet, Wales & West Utilities, Costain and EDF that are working to develop the hydrogen ecosystem in the region. Having left the Army as a Brigadier after 30 years service, David was the external face of the Hinkley Point C new nuclear power station project for 10 years before setting up HSW in 2021.
