Dr. Shelagh Baines, Sustainability Practice Lead, Halliburton Consulting​

Shelagh leads the CCS technical discipline within Halliburton’s Sustainable Energy group. She specializes in the early stages of the major projects process, with a strong emphasis on aligning subsurface work programs with CCS-specific regulatory frameworks. Shelagh has over 20 years’ experience working in carbon storage with major operators through working on the BP Decarbonized Fuel projects, and as a consultant managing technical work programs for multiple, international project developers.
