Gemma leads our global mobility services practice in Scotland working with a range of clients across all industries, and has a particular focus on the Energy sector.

Gemma works with organisations to help them move the right people, to the right place and at the right cost for their business.  In particular, she is supporting organisations with managing new ways of working in a post Covid world that includes temporary and permanent remote working scenarios and how organisations can seize these opportunities whilst managing the associated risks.
