Irene C. Wilson is Vice President, Commercial at Technip Energies. Irene joined Technip Energies in May 2024 and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Irene brings with her over 25 years of experience in the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry, including 15 years in engineering, project and contracts management of major projects across Northern Europe, West Africa, Southeast Asia and China, with FMC Technologies, AKER Kvaerner, GE Oil & Gas and Prysmian Power Link. She also brings 11 years of business development and commercial experience in pre-FID project activities across the Asia Pacific region with Worley and PERTAMINA.

Before her appointment, Irene was a Project Development Director for European Power-to-X projects at FORTESCUE ENERGY.

Irene holds a BEng(H) in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Resources Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh (UK), an MBA in Technology Management from The Open University (UK), and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Oil and Gas Law from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen (UK).
