Isabelle Ireland is the Head of Corporate Operations at InterContinental Energy, a global leader in large-scale green hydrogen development. The company’s innovative approach extends beyond project development and into giga-scale enabling technology through its patented P2(H₂)NODE™ architecture.

Based in Singapore, she leads the company’s corporate operations, enabling InterContinental Energy’s strategic vision and supporting its portfolio of giga-scale projects with a combined planned capacity of 120 GW. Working closely with key partners and major institutional investors including GIC and Hy24, Isabelle ensures the smooth execution of corporate functions across the business.

With over 15 years’ experience in the energy sector, Isabelle’s expertise spans legal, risk management, operational governance, and business development. Her career includes extensive roles as a solicitor in commodity trading and shipping, as well as senior positions in operational risk for the energy and infrastructure business at Macquarie Group. Isabelle’s broad skillset and in-depth industry experience make her a valuable contributor to the success of InterContinental Energy’s pioneering projects and partnerships.
