Jaime is the Head of Innovation & Project Delivery, New Energy & Decarbonisation, at MISC Berhad. In this role, she leads cross-functional teams in identifying, developing and delivering innovative solutions that support MISC’s decarbonisation and energy transition ambitions.

With more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Jaime brings extensive expertise spanning engineering, upstream and LNG, project development and commercial strategy. Prior to joining MISC, she held various positions within Shell Malaysia Upstream where she led the maturation of growth opportunities and managed complex stakeholder engagements. Earlier in her career in Shell, Jaime held technical and project development roles supporting international LNG and gas projects. Her diverse background provides a unique combination of technical depth, commercial acumen and stakeholder leadership, enabling her to bridge innovation, engineering and business objectives to deliver impactful decarbonisation solutions.

Jaime holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) (Hons) from the University of Adelaide, Australia and a Master of Early Childhood Education from Universiti Malaya.
