James Munro is a Chartered (Professional) Engineer with over 27 years’ experience of regulating the offshore oil and gas industry in the North Sea from a health and safety major accident perspective at Inspector, then middle and senior management level in HSE’s Offshore Division, now Energy Division. He undertakes international commercial consultancy assignments on behalf of HSE’s Science Division, speaks at UK and international Conferences and has extensive stakeholder engagement experience in the UK and Europe.
