Luke is Head of Decarbonisation at Aggregate Industries, having joined in 2021 with over 10 years of experience in energy and carbon management. Luke leads on the creation and delivery of AI's Net Zero strategy across its various businesses including cement, asphalt and aggregates, identifying the technologies required for a zero-carbon future and overseeing their implementation.

Luke has a proven track record of delivering large scale decarbonisation and sustainability projects across multiple sectors, having previously worked within blue chips companies as well as setting up social enterprises. He is passionate about creating sustainable, industry leading businesses.
