Mark Kelk is a Senior Business Development Manager at Cranfield Aerospace Solutions Ltd, has worked at the company for more than 10 years and possesses qualifications in electrical power engineering and metallurgy/materials science.
Mark has worked on a variety of technologies ranging from silicon and GaAs transistor characterisation to radar signature management, satellite radome structures to precision navigation systems and latterly across civil, military, manned and unmanned aviation opportunities.
The latest role involves seeking customers for the hydrogen fuel cell modification of the Britten Norman Islander aircraft (Project Fresson). In addition, recent efforts have focussed on supporting the development of hydrogen infrastructure and the evolution of ecosystems at airports to enable the safe operation of both manned and unmanned, hydrogen fuel cell powered aircraft.
