Mukunda is a Senior Research Associate on the Energy team and contributes to Lux’s coverage of carbon capture, utilization, storage, and industrial decarbonization from a technology, economic, and regulatory perspective. In this role, he advises clients on opportunities and strategies to engage with low-carbon technologies. Mukunda also is an active contributor to Lux’s consulting practice, where he executes custom engagements and helps clients identify investment opportunities, build go-to-market strategies, and understand market landscapes and key technology accelerators. Outside of Energy, Mukunda has also supported clients with a wide range of bespoke projects covering Agrifood, CPG and Materials, Digital Transformation, and Health and Wellness.

Mukunda has a B.S. in chemical engineering from Northeastern University, where he received multiple fellowships targeting the commercialization of emerging technologies.

Mukunda is based in the Amsterdam office. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and digital art.
