Orlando leads Xoserve’s decarbonisation function, overseeing a multidisciplinary team preparing the gas industry’s central systems and data infrastructure for a low-carbon future. He works with gas networks, regulators and industry partners to deliver innovation projects, provide strategic insights and develop practical pathways to support the decarbonisation of gas. He also brings management consulting experience across strategy and operations, having previously supported organisations in shaping strategic priorities, improving operating models, and translating complex market and policy developments into practical delivery plans. Prior to joining Xoserve, Orlando worked in corporate strategy at National Grid and held research roles at Cranfield University focused on sustainable energy and hydrogen.
