Paolo is Director for CCS and Carbon Removal Development at Snam. He is also a Director of dCarbonX, a company engaged in the development of energy storage solutions, based in the UK.

Prior to Snam, Paolo was Associate Partner at Bain & Company, a strategic advisory firm where he spent 11 years, focusing on the energy industry. He joined Snam in 2020, serving as CEO Chief of Staff until end of 2022, when he took his current position.
