Paul Davies is Chair of the Coalition for Negative Emissions, the UK cross-industry group focused on developing the carbon removals market, a member of Government's Jet Zero Taskforce expert group, and a Director of the Severnside Carbon, which has initiated both investment in a carbon capture CO2 terminal at Avonmouth by Exolum 7CO2, designed to allow large emitters in the South West to introduce carbon capture, and Project Altair; a power to liquid Sustainable Aviation Fuel project at Avonmouth led by Octopus Energy's hydrogen subsidiary, Hyro.
