Mr. Putman has had a long career in the energy sector and heavy industry where he mainly focused on energy and climate policy. He joined the European Sea Ports Organisation in February this year as a senior advisor covering the energy transition and decarbonisation of ports and industry as well as circularity and the blue economy.
