Richard Dyson is CEO of io consulting, an energy architect and systems integrator with a mission to solve the energy trilemma. Richard is highly skilled and experienced in providing strategic direction and executing projects for energy transition and hydrocarbons clients. A chemical engineer who has worked in the process industries for over 35 years in technical and leadership roles, including at Air Products and GenesisEnergies.

Richard has led io's pivots into multiple energy transition streams including hydrogen and power to x developments, carbon capture and storage, industrial decarbonisation and energy storage, alongside upstream hydrocarbon project developments around the globe.

Richard holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Surrey University, UK and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers.
