Sandeep Sharma is EPC Project Director with Aker Solutions Limited that he joined in July, 2021. He has over 33 years of experience in O&G, LNG, CCUS and power industry. He has worked for may prestigious clients including BP, Equinor, Petronas, Aramco and ADNOC during his tenure with various global EPC organisations including Aker, Bechtel, KBR and Fluor.

Sandeep specialises in framing of Corporate CCUS business strategies, partnerships, commercial models , resource strategy, stakeholder management and complex mega project executions. Sandeep’s strategic mindset, collaborative approach and focus on project fundamentals have been key to successful execution of several FEED and EPC projects where he has led globally located teams to deliver on Client expectations of cost, schedule, and quality with high focus on HSSE. His recent engagement has been Consortium project director for BP NZT onshore FEED project for Power generation and Carbon Capture.

Sandeep has also held key operations roles including Engineering Operations Director at KBR , London office.
