Sebastian is an experienced Technical Director with 20 years’ experience of delivering complex energy and capital plant projects across Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Aviation sectors. He joined AECOM early in 2022 to head up the UK Hydrogen and Carbon capture engineering team. He brings significant experience of subsea natural gas project delivery.  He is focused on client facing energy transition projects involving Hydrogen, Ammonia, and other sustainable fuels that enable NetZero Carbon targets to be met.

Sebastian is a Chartered Engineer with the IMechE and an experienced technical leader. He is technical director of several key energy projects including market leading Green Ammonia facility on behalf of AIM listed Hydrogen & Ammonia developer ATOME Energy. He is also overseeing several Hydrogen mobility projects including technical oversight of electrolyser design & build, fueling station design, storage facility and site layout.

He is a keen advocate of supporting companies and clients to move their projects from concept phase into a delivered carbon saving project.
