Aishah Hatta is the Head of Southeast Asia at the Global CCS Institute, with more than 20 years of experience across the energy sector and carbon capture and storage. A specialist in CO₂ geological storage, regulatory frameworks, and project development, she works closely with governments, industry, and international organisations to advance CCS policy, investment, and deployment across the Asia Pacific region. Aishah holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
