Will Stroll is a Partner in the energy team at Pinsent Masons, based in Singapore. He advises governments, developers, investors and project sponsors on energy and infrastructure projects across Asia, with a focus on the energy transition, including carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS), renewable energy, hydrogen and cross-border energy infrastructure.

Will has been closely involved in the development of emerging CCUS frameworks in the region, including advising the Energy Market Authority of Singapore on Singapore's cross-border carbon capture and storage initiative and collaboration with regional partners to evaluate potential CO₂ transportation and storage solutions. He regularly advises on the commercial, investment and project development aspects of major energy projects throughout Asia.
