Gasunie is a European energy infrastructure company. Gasunie's network is one of the largest high-pressure pipeline networks in Europe and consists of over 15,000 kilometers of pipelines in the Netherlands and Germany. Gasunie provides natural gas and green gas transportation services through its subsidiaries Gasunie Transport Services B.V. (GTS) in the Netherlands and Gasunie Deutschland in Germany. With its cross-border gas infrastructure and services, Gasunie enables the TTF, the leading European gas trading hub. Gasunie also provides other gas infrastructure services, including gas storage and LNG.

Gasunie is helping to accelerate the transition to a CO2-neutral energy supply. The company believes that innovation in gas can make an important contribution to this, for example in the form of renewable gases such as hydrogen and green gas. Both existing and new gas infrastructure are important in this context in order to develop (inter)national value chains, including the development of an H2 backbone, import terminals for various carriers (H2, NH3, LOHC), and (underground) storage facilities. Gasunie is actively involved in the development of other energy infrastructures that are relevant to the energy transition, such as heating networks.
